The CMI Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership Practice is a postgraduate level qualification that is aimed at preparing senior managers, directors and executives for higher level of strategic leadership. This course offers a more detailed understanding in the following topics; strategic direction, management, cooperation and the overall growth of an organisation. The participants will improve their leadership behaviour, learn about risk management and learn how to develop organisational strategies.

The course is offered in four qualification types:

  • Award (7A30): with 18 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) and 70 Total Qualification Time (TQT)
  • Certificate (7C30): with 36 GLH and 140 TQT.
  • Diploma (7D30): with 106 GLH and 370 TQT.
  • Extended Diploma (7XD30): with 196 GLH and 640 TQT.

These flexible qualifications allow learners to choose the level and time commitment that align with their career objectives.
