Eligibility Criteria
- The prestigious Six Sigma Green Belt course is for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in Six Sigma tools and processes. It is for those individuals who hold a good understanding of Six Sigma techniques.
- Work experience in Six Sigma counts if you have full-time work experience. In other words, part-time or internship will not count. Some training providers may not require prior experience in Six Sigma, but joining the course without work experience in Six Sigma may increase the learning time.

- Examine measurement of system analysis such as MSA attributes, accuracy, and precision
- Learn process capability by focusing on capability analysis, monitoring techniques, and concept of stability
Module 4: Analyze Phase
- Variation patterns like types of distributions and mult-vari analysis
- Inferential statistics such as central limit theorem
- Hypothesis testing like its types, practical vs. statistical
- Hypothesis testing with normal data like sample t-tests and one way ANOVA
- Hypothesis testing with non-normal data
Module 5: Improve Phase
- Simple linear regression like correlation and residual analysis
- Multi regression analysis like non-linear or multiple linear regression, residuals analysis

- Lean Controls such as Kanban, control methods for 5S, and Poka-Yoke
- Statistical Process Control (SPC) such as U,P, NP, I-MR, CUSUM, and EWMA Charts

About The Certification
A Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) Certified Six Sigma Green Belt is a prestigious certificate that demonstrates your problem-solving skills by utilizing the DMAIC methodologies. According to the Six Sigma Council, there are two ways to earn an SSGB certification. It is for individuals who have already undergone training and have a good understanding of its modules. They can take the standard comprehensive examination.
It is also for those individuals who have yet to receive training and are preparing through free self-study guides. They can sit for several short exams instead of a single large comprehensive exam to earn the certificate. Its certification has no expiry date. However, you can renew the certificate.
About The Examination :
The standard exam has 100 questions. It is an open-book format examination that takes 2 hours to complete. The exam questions are multiple-choice and also contain some true/false questions. You can take the exam after registration. The exam fees can vary from country to country. The Six Sigma Council can conduct the exam online or offline. You will pass the exam by getting 280 points or higher out of 400. After registration, you have a year to pass the exam successfully.
