About The Examination

As of February 1, 2022, PeopleCert, the ITIL® examination organization, no longer administers exams on paper. It takes place online. During the course, you will receive an exam ticket, and three months following the course, you will receive instructions on setting up the exam for a time and day of your choosing. The tests are web-proctored by PeopleCert and are available 24/7.
